  1. To delete an entry from the Document window, select it and choose Delete Entry from the Entry menu or press Command-K.

  3. To delete multiple entries, click the first one, then press Shift or Command and drag up or down.  Then choose Delete Entry to delete the selected entries.

  5. You can undo the deletion by pressing Command-Z or selecting Undo from the Edit menu.

  7. To delete the displayed entry from the Data Entry dialog box, click the Delete button at the bottom of the dialog box or choose Delete Entry from the Edit menu.  Entries deleted in this way cannot be undone.
